1. Who we are

Yenilik is an artificial intelligence agent solution operated by 2AF Inc., 2828, boulevard Laurier, bureau 700, Québec (QC) G1V 0B9. This policy explains how we handle the personal information collected on the yenilik.ai website and by our agents.

3. Information collected

On the website

• Contact form: name, company, email, phone (optional) and the content of your message.
• The website uses no tracking cookies or audience measurement tools. The return on investment calculator runs entirely in your browser.

By our agents

• Messages exchanged with an agent (for example on WhatsApp) and the information you share in them.
• For Yenilik customers: the information needed to configure and bill the service.

4. Purposes of use

• To respond to your requests and arrange a demonstration.
• To provide the agent service to our customers and produce their reports.
• To keep the service secure and meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information and do not use it to train artificial intelligence models.

5. Consent

We obtain your consent before using your information, in particular through the checkbox on the contact form. You may withdraw it at any time by writing to us.

6. Communication to third parties and outside Québec

Your information is hosted in Canada. Some subcontractors help us provide the service; they are bound by contract, and the list is published on the Trust page.

The artificial intelligence model used by our agents is operated in the United States. It does not receive personal information. Before any personal information is communicated outside Québec, we carry out a privacy impact assessment, in accordance with the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector.

7. Retention

Information is kept for [period] or for as long as necessary for the stated purposes, then securely destroyed.

8. Security

We apply reasonable security measures based on the ISO/IEC 27001 standard: access control, encryption, logging and segregation of each customer's data.

9. Your rights

You may request access to your information, its correction or its deletion, or withdraw your consent. Write to [courriel]@yenilik.ai. We respond within 30 days. You may also contact the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec (Québec's access to information commission).

10. Confidentiality incidents

In the event of an incident that presents a risk of serious injury, we notify the Commission d'accès à l'information and the persons concerned, and we keep a register of incidents.

Any change to this policy is published on this page, along with its date of update.
